Does anybody where I can find a pre-made city that I can add-on to?

Don't look on the STEX, its not allowed, as i know of.

EDIT: what i mean is that the upload of pre-made cites is not allowed

to be more specific, it is not allowed because it doesnt really work that well from a technical standpoint

unless build a city without plugins, you will run into problems if you do not have all the same file as that cities' creator

of course I am sure there would be some way to make a city-sharing site, but so far it does not seem that there has been any motivation to do so for whatever reason

aww man... i wish there was a program that downloaded all the plugins for you when you download the city on stex.

http://www.sc4ever.com/media/maxisland.cfm There is a region for download and it has the same terrain as Timbuktu. The creator was kind enough to upload the region. There are landmarks from the maxis sc4 site spread out around there.

I'm not sure if there is anymore, but on the simcity website, they had a hall of fame full of massive cities that you could download.

yeah there are one or two but not many and most are just boring towns. In the begginning it would seem to be a good idea and something I could do with my SC4 site on the exchange but then it wouldn't really provoke much interest and may take a week or two to make and just for like 10 people it isn't really worth the time. If there was interest then i reckon a few people including myself would try to do so.
