Perhaps if anyone is looking for some inspiration for a new BAT project, might I suggest the Maastoren in Rotterdam? I've been wanting to do this one myself, but I am nowhere near skilled enough to do it. I'd love to have it in my city though, perhaps someone is interested in doing it.

The building is 165m high:

Sorry, I tried to find such a thread, but I came up empty. I'll post it there instead.

@Simfox: There's a ton of impressions out there, but no real pictures yet as it's still under construction. About those floor plans, is this what you mean? http://www.maastorenrotterdam.nl/index.php?pageID=2790&language=en You can find them on the right side of the page.

Also, ING made a website about the ING House (http://inghouse.ing.com/) where you can walk through the building and watch it in 3D, but it's currently offline it seems. I agree the building is pretty cool though:

Cool!?? Cool you say? It ice freaking freezing gorgeous!!!

And about the first building! Yeah; that is exactly what I meant! I'll give it a go if you would kindly translate some of the text for me.. My dutch is a bit rusty... actually totally absent...

I have some dutch friends but I don't want to bother them with translation requests..

What I need is some basic info about the building like say floor height and hight of some tech floors if there are any. It should be in the last PDF called Technicalities, but it is all in Dutch...

Nope, I don't live there, I live in a small town no one's ever heard of. Anyway, the document gives two different floor heights. The gross height of the office floors is 3.55m and the minimum net height is 2.7m. The floor height of the main entrance is 9.9m. There don't seem to be any tech floors or if there are they will be the same height as the normal office floors.

Simfox, I normally don't do this for buildings I want to make (but you always do such a great job that I'll make an exception; and you rarely ever finish anything either, like me), but here is some information regarding the ING House:

The architect is Meyer en van Schooten: http://www.meyer-vanschooten.nl/

The pdf has all four elevations, some detailed images, section: http://www.meyer-vanschooten.nl/pdf/ing1_web.pdf

Also, on his site, there are several videos of a 3d model.

I could of course scan images from my university library (which is apparently one of the largest of its kind), but I don't even do that for my own projects.

Thanx, JEC- you're very gracious! I was thinking about making this one (TGV building as I call it) for a long time. Been several times around it, but always in circumstances that prevented me from making detailed photos or (by foot) measurements. Those Images where are they from, may be I can find that source locally...

Apart from the architects' site, there is an 116 page book solely on the ING House called: ING Group Headquarters, Amsterdam : Meyer en Van Schooten Architecten

publisher: Rotterdam : NAi Publishers, c2003
