I had a look and yes, they are all relottable, but because there are so many, I give you five to choose and I will relot the those, otherwise I 'll be busy for a month. How does that sound? Just give me the names of the 5 you want most and they will be pictured in this thread for further comments to change.

I will be using two prop-packs, do you have them? Or do you want me to use Maxis Only props and textures? Let me know please.

I have downloaded all five BATs and changed one of them, The Toronto Metro Hall, as shown in the picture below. I want to know if it is this you wanted, a change of textures and some better props. If so, I will do the other four also. It only took me 5 minutes to make these changes.

Here's a view of both from the front at midday, the original on the left and the Nexis Version on the right............

....and here from the back. The original in the back and the Nexis Version in front. Mine doesn't have the Canadian flags anymore but is one tile shorter, therefore needs less space. So instead of the original 4x7, it is a 4x6 now. It is still a Landmark. Do you want me to change the plop-price and maintenance cost too?

Ok, here they are all on new lots. Just pm me your e-mail address and I'll send you the five lots.

Now, there's a big error in the original files. The Toronto Dominion Bank (the black hi-rise) and the Toronto Metro Hall are the same modelfile. So I only made one new lot for both of them. The fellow must have errored to put the same file in both uploads...Sorry . But to grant you your fifth lot, I redid the Toronto City Hall. Hope you'll like all of them better.

You will need tthis file  « BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01 » to see all the props. It is probably the most common prop-pack around, so I figured you have it.

First here is the Toronto Commerce court west, used to be on a 5x4 and now is on a 3x4......

......then there's the City Hall....I forgot the size, but now it's one tile longer (deeper) to get the front effect......

.....that is the Metro Hall, the one that has the same model as the Dominium Bank, it's on a 5x3 now.....

.....and the last one is the Royal Bank Plaza, used to be an 8x7 and now is a 8x6.

The fifth one ( King West Tower) you already saw in a previous post above. 

Just let me know what you think. I am ready to send.

Schulmanator, Now correct me if I am wrong......but you want me to BAT that sign (logo) and the name onto these buildings that you linked above? Just one thing though, I cannot get rid of the sign on the first building since I can only add things to a BAT and not alter them, so the new sign will be like on top of the original. Let me know and I see what I can do.

For the SNM lots, give me the link. You want what lotsize with what prop? And you mean transparent groundtextures? (instead of background)

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually, I was not thinking of the mural on the side. I was instead thinking of the logo right on the facadei n the front. Perhaps over the spot where the top center window sits.

I can never get the tanks to show up. As far as the background, I would like for the underlying terrain to show through, instead of having a certain texture underneath. That way I can plop them anywhere.

I will have a look at these props and see what I can do. About the transparent ground texture I will first have a look at a tutorial, since I have never done it before, but if someone else can do it, I see no reason that I couldn't.

I will start with your Chicken King signs first though. It might take awhile, because this involves BATting and also I already have some Haarlemmergold lots to do for stormblade first. But don't worry within a week or two I'll be on it.

stormblade, I am still not sure what you wanted exactly, but have a look at the pictures below, maybe it is that what you wanted. The lotsizes are exactly what you demanded for and I changed the backgarden for residential look. (european)

Just let me know if they are ok . I will then make the others too.

Sorry Acadi, I haven't come around to that yet, tweaking lots is not my strong and to be honest, I cannot do this and have no idea to do so. You should do a search in the 0mnibus, maybe you'll find a tutorial on this.

Well, I installed the Reader, but every time I use the Tweaker in it, it asks me to 'fill in simcitylocal.dat and simcity folder'

And so I did, yet it still doesn't work =/

Don't worry Dusk, if I upload publically, I will link the depends, never have done it differently anyways.

But most of the stuff you see here is for private use.......so linked or not don't make a difference to anyone since most of the lots are not available on the STEX. Besides I have never had the need to redo your lots, thanks for the offer though.

Sorry Acadi (again) but I think you didn't understand me right. I have no idea how the reader works, I don't use it. I only do the Re-LOTting here, using ONLY the LOTEDITOR.

Schulmanator.  Have a look at this. Does it look good enough ? Of course I will have to get the dimensions better on the sign a bit, making it a little less stretched vertically. If you want something different or improved, now is the time..... 

Also I don't know if I can make Nightlighting, never tried it, so is it necessary?

Btw.....funny, we don't have a Chicken King where I live, but we got *Chicking* on Kingstreet in my town.....lol.

MrB... the sign looks great. Nightlighting would be cool but certainly not essential. I like the red and yellow in the letters, but when it is at actual in-game size, do you think it is going to be readable? Or, do you think all red may be better? I'm good either way. I am eager to see it in use.

I don't know if this BAT is worth something, it looks horrible, bad texturing and amateurish rendering. It isn't even sitting correctly in its shadow nor the lod's were in place when rendered.

I can't do better than a 5x9 lot which leaves quite some space on each sides, maybe to place some Parkings on one side and a Plaza on the other. The BAT needs more space on the lot than actually required because of bad rendering.

I can do it like this only, so if you really want it, let me know and I'll do it, no problem there. It'll be my pleasure. Let me know...............

For all others who want these, PM me with your e-mail. If there are too many within a week, I will upload the lots to the STEX. They are all growable R's.

Schulmanator, I have done a couple of renders of that sign, but no matter what colour I choose for the letters, they stay impossible to read the Chicken King, unless I make it way too big. So you decide.

There is three possibilities below and the fourth is even bigger that the last picture. Yours to decide. Let me know.

I've tried to download Lot Editor, but I always get a "Unable to read registry" when I run the Install program. I've downloaded LE in my D:\SimCity4\Apps\ folder, and I have a legal copy of SC4. Can you help me ?

What I'm looking for are the porkissimo plazas with the middle-wealth pavement that jrj provides in is sidewalk mod (you know, the grey one).

I would be very glad if someone could help me.
