Missing Puzzle Piece in NAM?

I downloaded and installed the new NAM and NAM essentials.  I notice that there is a road puzzle piece missing in the menu.  Between the "Road over Ground Highway Puzzle Piece" and "road x road/one way road + intersection" appears the words ##Intersection placement string missing##. 

Anyone have any idea why this might happen?

You have installed the updated NAM Controller from the NAM Essentials, but you do not have the ANT Plugin and RHW installed. The missing puzzle pieces are for the RHW.

If you do not want the RHW and do not want to leave things as it, you need to remove the NAM files and reinstall. Do not install the updated NAM Controller from the NAM Essentials this time. If you want to use any of the available Additional Bridges, you can install this plugin from the NAM Essentials. The installer for the NAM Essentials will prompt you for Additional Bridges, Updated NAM Controller or both.

If you do want the RHW, you should probably still remove the NAM files and reinstall. You need to select the ANT Plugin in the NAM installer then install the NAM Essentials with the Update NAM Controller or both options then finally install the RHW version that is compatible with the latest NAM.

EDIT:  Just to make things clearer - you do not need the NAM Essentials unless you want Additional Bridges or RHW.
