2nerdy4u - No it's not to late to purchase insurance...It costs 20 Points and reimbursts 3 times the original purchase cost... And they desire to destroy the Union 93 Propaganda Bridge for two reasons...#1 an example to scare off investors... #2 So they can have South Island for themselves.. Remember Soni's presumably dead as of now, only he managed to run them off the road during the car chase...

lilmanjs - Very well... You may both contribute toward the transportation system of Newark... Currently Highway 202 is overcrowded for nearly its entire route... Highway 2 is becoming crowded from Linaton to Downtown Newark... Highway 4 will probably be next and then Highway 35 in South Island will shortly follow... 

I'm surprised that noone was impressed by the car chase scene... ...oh well, I'll have to try harder next time...

well I was impressed. for the transportation system I sent a private message to yoshiisland to see if he wanted to make a subway system. that would cut down on traffic even more than a bus system would.

I, for one, was very impressed by the chase, and the whole update, for that matter. I'd like to see some pictures/info of the devastation. Also, I'd like to lobby for better police/fire presence in the region. That seems to be a recurring problem.

Okay a Mini-Update to satisfy a couple (but not all) requests and most importantly to make sure I have everything correct...

First let me make sure I have things correct...

CTF and lilmanjs have agreed upon a water system!

              CTF, Are you going to supply Lantia and Global Village with Water? Global Village needs water to develope properly...

              CTF I need to know where you desire to biuld your water stations and what kind of station you intend to biuld and how many...

              lilmanjs, are you going to be donating any points to CTF to help him create a water system?

              You desire to create the Tuckaway transportation system... Yoshiisland is cosigned into this deal correct?

              You would like to help Houston Fan extend Lantia Parkway to Highway 6 as a toll road? Have you two and MPTC come upon an agreement? Will Yoshiisland help?

              You want to start a subway system with Yoshiisland? I suggest you do not however...

Subways are extremely expensive and at the current population, they won't see much use, your expenses will be far greater than your profit... You should wait until Newark grows. Maybe a GLR would be more feasble for now...  I suggest you plan a railmap with Yoshiisland...

Alright, just a small update... Iamihop11 desired to see properties of downtown...

Iamihop11, Downtown Newark as small as it might be is still large enough to take infinite amounts of time for me to query every last biulding so I'm going to need you to take a look at these images, and mark which biuldings you're interested in!

Yeah, we're going to partner up for this.  My request for the lots we'd like to use is the Road Top Mass Transit Version 3 on www.sc4devotion.com .  It should be on the LEX there.  Also, could we see some transport maps/ general pics of your mass transit for our project?

As for the update...wow, it's like an action movie!! How'd you get two cars in UDI mode at the same time?!?  THAT was a need for speed most wanted moment right there!  Incredible!

lilmanjs - Very well, I just need CTF's final say so.. and where he wants the pumps to be biult.

Yoshiisland - Okay, I'm going to have to charge for both the road and the transit however so that can be a bit pricey aswell... Currently however, there are no transit systems in Newark... No busses, no passenger trains... You CAN purchase railroads and biuld passenger stations along those sections... refer to the railroad map a few pages back for that. Just look at the regional views, copy the images and draw where you want the transit service to encompass and the rail lines (if you choose to biuld them, or if not, use an existing rail and mark from where to where) If you choose to use busses, again use the regional view to mark where you want the busstops... and then we'll get closer images...

2nerdy4u - The two UDI Cars in one scene was complicated... because it never really happened... I had to get the cars in almost the exact position and take the snapshots and merge the pictures into one image and make sure nothing was occupying the tiles that both of the cars were on, thus giving me an single image with two UDI cars and city traffic...

I have 40 points, plus ObladiOblada's generous donation of 10, making 50. That is assuming all my posts, including this one, give me one point. To purchase two of the existing pumps would cost about 53, so I should be able to purchase a pump for both Global Village and Tuckaway.

Central Courts

The red outlines the properties to be purchased in this project.  If the people will it, the HQ for the Schop Institute would be the small building in the block second from the left.

Regalle Row:

Red marks the land included in this project, blue is medium commercial zoning, white is, in this case, a basketball court next to a tennis court.

Finally, the Schop Institute would like to move to preserve this area as Old Tower Park, whether that means buying the land in a patchwork pattern (to prevent development) or merely working with the government to deny access to development there:

MPTC, I will give you the same terms as Tuckaway and Global Village. I will pay for pumps and mains to supply your development. However the NWC must remain your only supplier of water. Unfortunately however there is a very high chance I will not have enough points to construct more then two pumps, one for Tuckaway and Global Village respectively. That is assuming they cost about the same to construct them as it costs to purchase preexisting ones. Make sense?

if anyone has a request to have a transit stop in their city now is the time. the idea for the transit system that will help with highway overcrowding is that the smaller cities like tuckaway have 2 bus stops/subway stops and that the biger cities have 5 bus stops/subway stops.
