    Just to let you guys know, I'm compiling the next update... Also I'm getting lilmanjs and yoshiiisland some more detailed maps for the transit system... I've still recieved requests so I've got to get those compiled aswell...This may take awhile..

    Two quick reminders for everyone:

    First, keep in mind that to make things easier for need4camaro to organize this cj, you can email you project proposals and/or questions to bluehopecj@yahoo.com.

    Second, anyone interested can now join the Schop Institute Director's Panel. You would be able to help decide how this non-profit Newark group spends its points for the betterment and beautification of the region. Also, point donations are always welcome. If we keep getting enough donations, the SI will help individual developers pay for building parks in their projects.

    CTF - I'll have a map for you to choose where you desire to place your pumps, this update... Just to let you know, global village absolutely MUST have water to develop or survive or the hotel will abandon...

    iamihop11 - Coming right up,also for schop institute's request... Would you like to just biuld a park there as a place holder? maybe have a small trail there?

    lilmanjs - The best place to start the transit system would most likely be downtown... Thats the area with the most traffic of course. But I have maps coming up for you to decide...And yes, you CAN have a personal house in Tuckaway, just choose one when they're all developed... you don't have to worry about paying for anything as it's already been payed for.

    MPTC - Very well, since Houston Fan wants to expand it as a tollroad to Highway 6, you can choose to partner with him, or choose to extend it westward and Houston Fan can make an alternative tollroad, northward to Highway 6...

    Yoshiisland - Yes, use of Bats are fine with me.

    Okay, before I continue with the update I wanted to appoligize for the extremely long delay... I've been working on my mother's website, you can see it here.. http://www.showcasedesignproperty.com ... I'm also working on a MAJOR project for the city journal... I'll give you a small hint, that it does involve the city journal gaining its own website... And I've been tied up with registering for college for the next semester but since thats all out the way... lets begin...

    Most of this portion of the update is going to be dedicated to the Tuckaway Transportation Group so I'll begin by submitting some maps...

    This map covers the entire transportation system in Newark, both road and rails... You can use this map to see highways that are in yellow or red...     An area you might be interested in... This is Highway 35 of South Island ... as we can see it's only one lane each way out here however provides the only exit out of South Island (which is tolled) and suffers from congestion...

    Things ease up on the approach of the Union 93 Propaganda Bridge... The Bridge can support FAR more traffic than the surface roads...

    Southbound Hwy 35 in Downtown...

    Downtown could use some mass transportation for these routes... While the avenue is far from overcrowded, it can be alittle messy during rushhour due to closer traffic lights in downtown.

    Highway 35 and the Exit 8 Interchange for the East/West connector... This junction is very busy. The road just west (we're looking northeast) that merges onto the offramp also has a high traffic count, between 4,000 - 5,000 cars...

    North of the East/West connector... This is a busy intersection between this road and highway 35... The MAJORITY of the traffic here commutes from South Island...

    The Highway 202 Corridoor is facing congestion, mostly from the Highway 6 intersection into the point where the cosigned highways meet Highway 35...  202 was originally biult as a bypass but for obviuous reasons is now obsolete... There is question as to whether 202 should be upgraded into an Avenue, or rebiult completely as a tollway bypass from the East/West Connector at Exit 6 into Hwy 2... I would eagerly allow a company here to biuld the tollroad / turnpke whatever you wish to call it...

    This is just a proposal, there are no plans set in stone... You can change, modify, inquiry, or simply draw a new route if you desire...

    Further South, Hwy 202 is preparing to face congestion so mass transportation out here would not harm anything.

    The service road for the Seaport which eventually turns into Highway 4 after passing through Highway 35, east of here (we're looking NorthWest)

    Houston Fan desired to inquire about the extension of Lantia Parkway North into Hwy 6 as a tollway... 

    Well Houston Fan, you CAN extend the highway North but you'll need to get permission from MPTC before it can be called Lantia Parkway, that or you will need to set up a plan with him in which you both can agree upon... You CAN create a seperate road that moves North as a tollway and have it intersect or terminate at Lantia Parkway...  Or if you're interested, you can help me with the Highway 202 Tollway proposal.

    Thanks Need4Camaro, I think i'll go with section G2, to save time you can put the pump anywhere in the sector as long as the pumps powered. That pump will provide water to Tuckaway. For Global Village I would like to place a pump on the island if possible and okay with ObladiOblada. Could you please give me the costs?

    It was a long wait but it is your journal so..... Of course you more then made up for it with the anouncement of our own site, good job.

    Alright thanks Need4Camaro, the water from both pumps should be more then enough for both Tuckaway and Global Village.

    As for Linaton, B4 looks good.

    And great work also goes to Yoshiisland for his BAT. 22k points per month is really impressive. You could maybe buy downtown with that much!

    I'll buy the land, demolish the buildings and build my company HQ, employing 199, adding a privately owned bus-stop which the public can use.

    The project is called Brittania Holdings HQ Square. The HQ will be the landmark, Smith Tower.

    If there is still room, and I have the money, I will build an consumer relations office.

    I'm capping the panel at seven, so I'll take three more volunteers to be in charge of this environmental watchdog non-profit. As a director you'd help us decide how to spend the SI's points to build parks and preserve Newark's green spaces.

    For the current members, the SI has an opportunity to preserve this green area, which might be called Old Tower Park:

    could I put in some more residental areas. you could just expand from the current one to make it larger. and maybe I could use some medium industry put a little farther away from tuckaway and call it the shain industral park.
