What to do with Bureau of Bureaucracy?

I like building all my rewards as they come to me, but haven't yet figured out what exactly to do with the Bureau of Bureaucracy. It is so stupidly large that it dwarfs city halls and makes a mockery of everything that surrounds it.

Anyone find an aesthetically-acceptable use for this thing, or a good-looking replacement? I'm trying to plan my administratum district, and it's a complete sore thumb.

I used the Urban Beautification pack and plopped some of the pieces in the pack around the building. It makes the building look a lot more elegant and more exciting rather than a plain old sqaure box. Just search Urban Beautification on the STEX and you should be able to find it.

I use it for financial districts. It somewhat resembles Wall Street, especially where the flags stick out from the facade.

It's suppose to be big because it suppose to be in big cities. Put it near some medium rise building to make it look nice. You could also download a bigger town hall from the stex. I know they got some good looking city halls.
