Update Four: Bromwood Pt III

Welcome to page 2!

 

Current population: 3179

 

 

Caiga Island has developed alot since the last update, high wealth commercial offices and services appeared and many farms have been built. As the city had grown larger, I decided to divide the city into sections. Here's a picture of the city:

The area circled in yellow is a residential neighbourhood called Elcosso. The area, located near the higher grounds, circled in blue, is the Rodenberg area. The residential area in red is Reda.

And the large farming area circled in green is the Rodenberg Agricultural Section, which will extend further north, into the high grounds. The industrial area in black is Urna.

Thats all for now, in the next update, the Bromwood basketball tournament will start (This time it will really start, i wrote in previous update that its gonna start in this update, but i didnt have the time).

......This is alright......

Alright break out the fat clipboard.....This is starting to look like one of simworld's C.J's.......

 

I'm here to fix that......

 

1.I must insisit on you getting rush hour.....

2.Get some custom bats....NDEX for sure....

3.Better roadway system....

4.Better use of zones....

5.Flater ground where urban areas are built....

Oh and on the CJAH C.J. scale you get a 5.1/10!

@GaryGB: If you don't know, thats a police station that i have downloaded to prevent crime in the farm areas, because recently theres fighting there.

Update 5: Bromwood Pt IV

Current Population: 3854

Bromwood is now a more developed city. There are more commercial areas and garbage has been growing, so a landfill area has to be built. Later i will tell you about the basketball tournament. But now, pictures!

Basketball tournament

 

Teams that will take part:

Elcosso Basketball Club

Rodenberg Basketball Club

Reda Basketball Club

BB Performance Club

 

Only 4 teams, but in future there will be more (my city is small now, you all know)

 

The tournament will last a week, and a match will be played everyday. It will be played at the Bromwood Basketball Stadium. The team with the most pts will win. A win is worth 2 pts, a loss worths 0 pts. This is the result of today's match:

 

Elcosso BB club 87-75 Rodenberg Basketball Club

 

Elcosso gets 2 pts.

Update 6: Bromwood Pt V

Current Population: 5335

Bromwood has been developing slowly for a while because i did not build more zones, but my citizens like the mayor alot, and as health improved, the life expectancy shot over 80! The basketball tournament is still going on, and will be extended to 2 weeks, so more matches could be played.

hmm... I don't know how to make mean population lower, but I guess high life expectancy is good.

Just a point to note about a previous picture, I don't know how some of those farmers feel about having their fields on steep slopes like that. Gentle slopes are okay, but some of those seem a bit much.

Otherwise, nice start, and interesting to keep the basketball tournament as a static throughout the updates.

A high life expectncy is good. There is nothing wrong with having mostley old peaple in your city. This has propley been caused by your life expectncey going up.

Update 7: Bromwood Pt VI

Bromwood really hasn't developed much, so after this update i shall stop developing bromwood for a while, in the meantime i will build a neighbouring city, well i am sure a city with a 5000 population needs a neighbour right. After this update, if you all guys want to see some features of bromwood(graphs, recreation areas, schools, etc.) You can tell me. But if u do not want it, i will just move on to the next city.
