Construction continued on the planned highway and El train, late in the month of September, they were completely finished, a forshadow to many of what Hewitt City will become. Meanwhile the outcry for running water in the city grew, and the mayor feels it is time to water these sims, like plants, cities grown when watered well. The sims demand water! The mayor has laid down plans for a water tower to be built in Hewitt City, he officially announces the formation of the HPWD, already aforementioned. The El train line has been finished, seen here is half of the line in Hewitt, the line will be added to when Hewitt Expands Eastward. The rest of the El line. As seen in the previous picture, the Fairline Interstate (aka the HC-101) has been finished in Hewitt. This is the Fairlane Interstate, continuing Northbound, this area seen in the uninhabited North Hewitt City. The Fairlane finds it's way to Huntington, allowing all the surplus crops from Huntington to reach Hewitt City, conversly, Hewitt City citizen's yerning for a country life now can move out into Huntington, without backpacking through 50 miles of nature. An area is set aside for the water tower, construction will start when crews clear the area. The water tower has been build, flower gardens were added around the area, and we all know water + flowers = growth. Maybe a foreshadow of the things to come in Hewitt City. Shortly after the water tower was built, a mansion was erected, the owner has yet to be named. But no doubt on anyones mind's in Hewitt City, he will be the richest in the city. Demand is high for houses with running water, so new residential blocks were built to accomidate the demand for housing with water. Finally some region shots. Hewitt, the region seen in the picture is the planned suburb of Hewitt City, Sheffiled. And finally the transportation map. Those 4 who left comments will all be added to my CJ, if you would like to be a character and have a story line in my CJ, please tell me. Stay tuned, as Hewitt City plans massive additions to thier Residential, Commercial, and Industrial districts. Also, construction on the downtown area will begin! Also, who is the mystery sim moving into the mansion! Find out these answers, and more in the next edition of Hewitt: The City Journal! Thanks for reading! Untill next time, I bid you adieu. Enjoy.
