Files locked by admin?

I have been away from SCT for awhile and I am trying to download everything agian so I can play SC4. I have come across files that are locked? Is there a reason for this other then the files have been updated? I checked a few and can't find any updates. Thanks.

Both authors and administrators can lock STEX entries.  Sometimes it is due to updates, sometimes because the author has moved his latest stuff to another site.

If you can't find the lots you need, or they are locked, look for them at SC4Devotion's LEX, or at Simpeg's PLEX.  Both of these free sites will require you to register to download.
