lol its proposed in Miami as you all know.  The building is entirely residential and called The Empire World Towers.  you can find it on skyscraperpage.com.  Search Miami.  I think the hieght is at least between 1000 and 1400 ft.  Im not sure.

next pic:what North American city is this?

hint:it has more skyscrapers than LA, but 1000 less than New York.
