What's wrong with my SimCity4 Deluxe Edition?

Every time i open a city, SimCity4 Deluxe Edition just shuts down..
The only thing I think could have an influence on the game must be some of the plugins that I've removed.. The plugin who makes it look like winter in the city, was removed and then the problem appeared.. I removed it 'cause I didn't like it..
Anyone who knows a solution to my problem?
I've already re-installed the game, but with no changes..

The same thing happened to me once, but it turned out I had downloaded a terrain mod without the dependencies. Did you do the same thing?

When something like that happens, it may be known to the author of the mod. Read the readme that came with it, that usually will have instructions as to how to install, and uninstall.

Reinstalling the game is useless, as once you have saved a city with that mod, it is written into the file, which is not changed by reinstalling the game.

That particular mod is installed with two of three parts.  Make sure you removed both parts of the mod.
