Problom is that my dad was cleaning pc and he delet all my plugins.it was soo much and im too bored to search theam again.So i was wondering, can somebody send me her plugins.I need plugin map that is atlist 1gb.pliz help me

Everyone's plugin folder is diffrerent. No one here can give you their plugin folder becuse thiers would be diffrent than yours. You could do a system restore to get the files back, if you have a restore point. Your files might be in the Recycle Bin, check there. But your best bet would be to search again. Just use the name of somthing from the plugin folder you remember, or if you cant remmber a name, search for .SC4Desc, SC4Lot, or .dat. The folder that what you find searching for any of thoose three things should be your plugin folder, if you find somthing. Also, of you do find your plugin folder, copy it somewhere else so you have a backup.

There are intellectual property issues in distributing plugins except through the stex.  You should load up a city, see what it needs, and download the plugins again.

The problem you have is the result of not backing up your regions and plugins regularly.  I am sure you'll do it in the future.

STEX is short for Simtropolis Exchange, and it's one of the best places you can download custom content for SC4. There's a link on the toolbar up there below the Simtropolis logo.

The STEX is where you can get all those custom built creations you see other members using in their CJs (City Journals).

I'm not sure that I follow what you're saying but buying a new copy of Sim City won't get your plugins back.  The path of least resistance is to spend an hour to hunt down the lost plugins and download them.  Then, before you do anything else, back up your files (I'd suggest elsewhere on your harddrive as well as on a CD).
