If you click on "STEX Collection", it brings up the ad for STEX Collector's Edition Volume 2. No, I'm not complaining about how there's no Volume 3, it reads "Volume 12". Has no one seen this?

This is a run-on sentence.  You have joined two sentences together with a comma and no appropriate conjunction.  Also, the period belongs inside the quotation marks.

Has no one seen that?

Odd, I thought that it was that the period went outside unless the quote itself was a complete sentence, maybe if you wanted to get into grammar, although I could be wrong, but it's just a typo get over it, people make mistakes.

    It's not a run-on, it's a fragment. OK, maybe it is. But this isn't time for English class. I'm on summer vacation here.
