The developers wanted to build on the main road and land values here were low and it was near the town unfortunately not my decision as mayor. Enviromentalists took it to court all the way in Belsaire and it unfortunately was found to be acceptable to build on the marsh where rare birds leave.

At the moment guys I'm thinking of making another region still Ratislava either more coastline or some island settlements off the coast

What do you think would be the best direction for the cj when I have filled this region? I want to leave it up to you as Im not really that sure

I would add some islands - a region just of to the side of Ratislava or just enlarge the region

Gaw i missed alot. This is great! O and pardonm my ignorance but... why is it when i build farms the barns or buildings in them always end up being those shacks... how do i get the larger buildings? Is there somethin I can do?

Hi guys today just more rural but after that I will start the city ive been talking about

The motorway going past some farms and a cottage

And explorers have discovered a beautiful island off the ratislava coast. Its been named Oaken island

One of the first times I've seen a region find an island...looks cool...and I can't wait to see what will be done...tourist development or even housing...hotels to casinos...looks interesting...

Also it may be simple where the motorway crosses the river,but you made it appear perfectly level!

Hi guys today I've made some changes to Oaken Island I would like to share and will also show you some close ups of the most beautiful areas there

An overview of the island it looks very scandonavian I think

Some dangerous rocks which will need a lighthouse near it so ships won't crash

Some mountinous terrain

A lone island in the bay

OK guys this is sourthern Oaken Island

Hope you enjoy 10,000 live here and its mostly farming although there are scattered industrial estates. People who want to come here have to come by cargo ship as no airport or ferry has been established yet. Although a ferry terminal is being developed near Belsaire

This is the town of Henk on the southern tip of the island

The town is overlooked by the observatory

This is where it all began

The port surronded by industry and landfill. This also serves the farms in the south of the island

A lot of lorrys are going to the north of the island where another large settlement is being built

This is some of the most priced housing on the coastline

A small settlement and some farming

A larger settlement away from henk

Developement on the island! Whats the downtown gonna be like? small, medium, or large?

the downtown will be in the north where there is large amount of flat land. There will also be a airport there. I would only expect medium rise buildings and one or two hi rise as the town will only be 50k at most
