Hi guys a short update today of the small town of Compton which is south of Gansner I think

Its got the railway going through it anyway and is quite away inland

Some trains leaving the town and some very bright roofed houses

WOW this region is coming along pretty quick...looks like a pretty busy railway lol i think we use the same trains too...all the new house you downloaded with the orange roofs look pretty nice...im trying to see them in that region view lol HEY i think i actually see them...just a reminder take off the car zot things...and take pics using CTRL, SHift and S...it alows you to not have to use that control panel...anyway awsome update...hmmmm im hoping for an airport soon lol

Thanks for the comments I really appreciate them here is another small update

This is Hungerford Newton  on the railway

and Newbury on the river. These to small towns lead to a group of 4 medium squares and this will be my  next large city

This shows a region view of Ratislava population nearly 150 thousnad sims biggest region ever for me!and can you see on the river where I mean with 2 sqaures of nothing to the right of it thats where the next large city will be. I'm hoping to fit 100,000 in this city including suburbs

The region seems to be coming along quite nicely (rather quickly too!). Also I recommend that you demolish really obvious building repeats but other than that it looks very nice.

Hi guys thanks for the comments espacilly mencc1701 I'm glad I have inspired you to do a city journal if it goes wrong first time don't worry it deos take some time to get the hang of.

Lets get down to buisness today as i don't have much time on my hands I will show you a preview of the city I was talking about. Its called Haines and 200,000 people live here. My biggest city EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

more info about the city it has 200,000 sims and thats not including the suburbs which i will br showing you over the weekend and next week.

Best update so far!

Transpotation network look excellent...I like railways and the trains/the highways look good even tho they have so many over passes...

Also the Downtown is very good for maxis content...I hope the u[date will be just as good!

YAY! A night pic! One of your best updates! As I said before you should turn off the mayor panel when taking screenshots so we can see the full picture but other than that then the updste was the best! Good work!

p.s more night pics! Night close ups as well would look very nice. good luck.

good update, you said you wanted something more helpful, well here, your cities end a little abrubtly, there needs to be more suburbs and such instead of modern 5 story buildings, then farmland right across the street, but alas its a very nice update, the city is looking quite nice and the highway is very good overall its a nice city, and i cant wait to see what you do with it

region view looks nice. alot of room to expand and play with. but i do agree with the points that Amerikaner makes. i really like your attention for smaller towns, they look great and add a unique touch. i will be stoping by for more, its all looking nice!

Thanks for the comments guys I really really really appreciate them. amerikaner I will be showing you some suburbs over the next few days and this will hopefully make the city look much more realistic and cleaner 475 a step by step guide on how to get rid of the toolbar I would really like as I tryed it but probaly did something wrong. there will be more night pics although I don't feel they work as well in rural areas

Heres a pic of the suburb Im working on at the moment its called Linster and is dominated by the lake in the middle. No one lives here yet and it is to the right of Haines on the region view. The lake took ages so I hope you like
