Still looking good, though I agree about some of the comments about needing more gradual transitions from urban to rural. Love what you're doing with transportation networks, though!

    Hi!

I'm new to this forum.. I bought Sim City 4 for mac today and I really liked it. I got searching for a community right away and I found this one. I saw the words City Journal and I liked it! So far I really like your region pengiun! I think I'm going to start a CJ too. And I tell you that it is gonna be some kind of Dutch colony. I'm Dutch by the way.

But.. Keep up the good work! I really like your city. Especially the mix between countryside and city!

i like the amusement park and as i said, the region is nice and big....but the region has no flow. you can clearly see most of the towns boundries because of the sudden change of architecture or sudden change in colour of trees. if i were you i'd fix that, but thats just my measly 2 cents!

the region is growing - yay a tescos! the one thing most CJ's are missing! lol! - the first pic of Darlington looks very nice you seem to make forests blend in very well with farms and make the farms blend in more so it looks much nicer.

Good work - keep it up

Very nice work indeed! Just one comment in the regional shot: I believe that your city looks too "square". I mean the different neighbourhoods are square, the farms are square, the lake is square.... You should built the city with more diagonal roads for example, to make it look more real.
