Odd things have been going on...

1. What's with the building on all the pictures on the front page?

2. Someone's avatar will just show up above every post, or beside it every time.

3. ^^^ has happened with pictures also.

What's going on? I'm using firefox.

It's firefox. I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7. The problems you listed may be from the Mozilla Firefox browser. You can find Internet Explorer 9 from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx

Any other problems, just let me know.

It may be something related to your screen resolution or something. I have a PSP on which I sometimes use to view Simtropolis and the graphics are all over the place.

Check your firefox settings.  I don't have a problem with FF 2.0.0.3

You are right, there aren't any.  How about your machine?  Have you checked which Java version you are running?  Make sure you have the latest one from Sun.

Funny, it works in IE but not FF. It started about a week or 2 ago. Specs:

    WinXP Home SP2

    Pentium 4 516

    1G DDR2 PC3200 RAM, 2x256, 1x512. Stick of 512 was a bolt on.

    Sound Blaster Audigy 4

    Geforce 5500 FX 256MB RAM

    HP pavilion a1102n

I have absolutely no idea what the mobo is. The board says ASUS, BIOS says american megatrends, has a bunch of other names printed on some of the chips on the board.

Hm, dunno about java, never really paid any attention to that. Where do you find that?

Please please please please pleeeease don't make me go back to IE!

Sunfish:  Google for the JRE version you need.  Search key Java runtime.

Or, open your control panel's Java applet, and click on update.

Download Firefox again.  What Extensions and plugins do you have in Firefox?

There is also another browser called Opera which I am using at the moment. It is alot faster than Interent Explorer. I don't know why it is called opera, but if you want that then its at Opera.com.
