Hello all this is were you can check out new projects i am working on.

Currently i am modeling Aspire Architects (fictional building) today i started with one half of the building making some nice big windows and slanted roof still yet to be textured i haven't even finished the model so here are some photos.

Hey thanks for the comment Jasoncw i was using 3ds max 6 i just got my copy of 3ds max 9 and the mental ray in the mail today so i'll have some better renders coming hopefully

im not very good at exteriors as you can see but i do interior designs i might have a photo of one anyway i'll have more to come once i finish exploring 3ds max 9

from the software you are using, while i cant see the pics, it sounds like u have good skills at BATing

Mental Ray comes with 3ds max now (it comes with 8 and 9, and I think 7 too).

Have you gotten the BAT4Max set up yet?

I ask because it's really important to be able to do SC4 preview renders, since that's what you'll be seeing in the game.  Things like the thicknesses of the window mullions and things like that are important.

yes you are right 3ds max comes with mental ray although it just has this big sticker on the box that says with mental ray anyway i got bat4max now. not to sure why anyway cant see those photos

There's a bug in Simtropolis that makes it so that you can't see .pngs in internet explorer.  You can either get FireFox, or you can copy and paste the url into a new window.

If you keep on using .pngs, then you can copy the url and paste it underneath the pictures.  That way, people using IE will see a list of links.
