@ Justintime - Read Sakhaliya's new Wiki (thats pretty incomplete)? You'll find Sakhaliya and the PRC are very close friends, more so than Sakhaliya and Russia anyway. The positioning of Khabarovsk is vital to its safety... given the outbreak of a war, Chinese soldiers could easily jump into the fight

Anywho... i'm batting a new Nuke plant at the moment for an update... my other Nuclear Plant is oversized and not realistic enough to my liking... something similar to this will suffice -

Also... this will probably result in a backlash by the US so expect some heated politic's soon

Yeah... I think it's Balakovo - the largest one in Russia... I don't think all 6 are operational though.

Almost... its acctually Zaporizhzhia in Ukraine. Both Plants are the same style of reactor (VVER-1000 or something) and yes, Balakovo is only 75% complete... you can acctually see the construction on Google Earth. The only thing that really distinguishes them is Balakov is alot more modern looking -
