Why can I place TE lot next to each other

the GLR stations are unique in that they can be plopped side by side. But try it with other TE-enabled lots, and the experiment will fail. I think this is because of how the GLR is modded to work... it is made of puzzle pieces rather than a draggable network. Some other lots may have the same oddity if they are designed to connect with puzzle pieces.

You can put the Big Dig lots next to each other with no crashing problems. 2.gif

well, try it with 2 bus stops, see if that works. i highly doubt it.

AFAIK, the game crashes when to TE lots are placed in a way, that, in this case, the 2 busstops would act like one road. this is causing the game to crash.

Well... i'm playing with TE lot to simulate a big one way road..... and as i don't know how to make draggables or puzzle pieces, i've ddecided to make it with TE parks (!!). Is this a way to avoid this bug so i can put my lots side by side?

' a big one way road'? what do you mean by that?

I don't thinkj there is a way of makeing TE lots be placed next to each other unless a GLR station type lot was made just with different paths.

So far the only way to make draggable networks are to replace a current network, do something like the RHW mod or draggable GLR which the NAM team know how to do. (i've forgotten which NAM member)
