Thanks that will come in handy when making a realistic suburb! I normally do a grid which looks terrible.

one more thing, isn't your street traffic bad in the suburbs?

Another great update. I like the development of the industrial areas in the last couple of updates. My industrial areas rely mainly on growable maxis lots which doesn't give the most realistic look. I think I'll have to grow my library of industrial ploppables.

Look forward to more.

Cheers

Dave

    Hello David!

Interesting effect you did on these two farm on the first pic!

How did you get this swampy effect round those two lakes? Just lots with scrubs and bushes? It does look great!

Great LE work on that warehouse and factory area. With the avenue running straight  and the big fields it has this typical .... "nothing ever happens here" - feeling - don't know how to describe it better ..

    Take care and make backups!

Looks good, keep it up, eh. Hey, have you ever thought about using/have used cogeo's Logistics Centre props? They're big warehouses, and should fit quite nicely into your CJ in the industrial areas.

To jacqulina - Thanks my friend ;-)

To Nardo69 - Thanks! The swampy  effect comes from homemade lots... Just give me your e-mail adress and I'll send it to you soon!

To bakercity - Thanks, like Nardo69, you can send to me your e-mail address... Five minutes before to come here, SimCity Freaks asked to me the same thing!... :-)

To homeandaway - Thanks a lot!!! I'll probably do the next update for friday... Hope to see you soon!

To Godzillaman - Yes, me too! Except a large area on the east side, Lincoln has not a lot of big industrial complex... Thanks for your post!

To Shadow_Assassin - Thanks, yes, they are (he posted a comment about my use of his BAT on the page 4)... I needed to modify the textures for harmonisation with my standart grass texture...

    Take care and see ya!
