Welcome to my thread.I trust you will rate my BAT's fairly as i am very new to the BAT.
I will post pics of my railside power box later as i need to do some work on it(quickly)

You start with something simple, that's good. You obviously have the eye and the taste for those details that can make a difference, that's equally encouraging in view of your venture into the BATing realm. Last but not least, you seem to have a healthy feeling for gaps that were left by other BATers - all these are factors that make me optimistic.

So far, any criticism I could give without seeing a bigger and/or ingame pic would be the tiled textures. I cannot stress the Holy Triarchy of Texturing Tutorials often enough: 1) gascooker's Omnibus Tutorial on faking raytracing with texture gradients, 2) 6459978's Toronto BATs thread on page 12, and 3) Jasoncw's texturing tutorial - a link can be found in his sig.

With regard to this particular building, I don't think it needs much more modeling work. Instead, from now on it will be the textures which decide whether this BAT will be acceptable or freakin' gorgeous.

Good luck with the BAT, [mom mode] and don't forget to save with incremental file names lest you lose everything in one blow when the file gets corrupted, and back up your work so a HD failure doesn't hurt you that much. [/mom mode]

well my opinion is similar to T Wreck's, you got a very good start here, but the textures need work(what a hypocrite lol my textures are awful!). also, i wouldn't BAT out the grass, just put in grass via lot editor.
