Great start, nice mixed European city. I like that industrial canal area, reminds me about my own canal-harbour areas, hah hah! And I saw some buildings what I haven't seen before! Just reduce Maxis-buildings and this will be top notch with those avenues.

Only if would see my own W2W here! HAH HAH!
