Death is just another part of the circle of life.We all must die so another may be born.

Died at the age of 89 in Bucks County, Pa. The cause of death is not yet known. quote>

I'll hazard a guess and call it "death by old age." Have any of the senior members seen this tv film, and was it any good? I've seen nearly all the movies, except for this one.

Such wisdom. Did you read that on the side of a bathroom stall?

I understand where you're coming from but, technically, that can no longer be listed as an official cause of death.  Until recently it could be the offical cause but these days they want something specific like heart attack or pneumonia or whatever the case may be.

Often the cause of death is listed as "heart failure", which is considered by some to be bogus since all deaths can be attributed to heart failure.  In order for that to be meaningful, they need to list what caused the heart failure, which is why many places encourage, if not require, the underlying conditions that led to death to be listed as well.

(Genealogy is one of my hobbies.  Death certificates can be very informative.  Many of them list the full names of the deceased parents.)

I don't recall seeing this movie.  Like you, I've seen nearly all of them, except for this one.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

Is there a queue? Where do I stand in line? If I have to go to the bathroom, do I get my place back?

Sorry, couldn't resist that one.

I have a tape of the show. While lacking in action, it actually is a very faithful adaptation to the book - in fact, probably the most faithful adaptation to one of Flemmings' books.

It was part of a series called Climax!, showing in 1954. The main villiann, Le Chiffre, was played by the great Peter Lorre. Bond is an American in this version, while Clarence Leiter (Felix) was a Brit.
