Hello,

I'm pleased to announce that my new CJ will start today at 4/4/07 and this is an independent CJ that I'm building myself and I've always wanted to start a new one since Pakkusena dragged on a bit too long. I plan to have this CJ as a storyline CJ so expect many storylines for this CJ.

-----------------------------------

And now on to the Sim Calico (Soccer) Bid,

I'm proud to anounce that Aosta is bidding for Sim Calico,

Aosta will offer her three stadiums to host a total of 9 games per day, plus 2 more newly constructed stadiums for a total of 6 more games. Naturally this number is expected to deincrease as teams are eliminated. Aosta also offer a wide variety of activies in the city as well. After the soccer games you can check out the IMAX movie theatre near the oceanfront, as well check out some museums with rare and priceless artifacts from Chinese and Russian history including a peice of Genesis Kahn solider armor. Also why not check in one of our twenty bars located just a walk away from the light rail stops. Or if you're feeling all lovey-dovey, take a paddle boat ride in Aosta canal.

All five stadiums will have a close proxmity to each other. Three stadiums are already constructed and ready since Aosta has a Major League soccer team as well as a well known minor team soccer team league as well. The third stadium is being currently constructed approx. 30-45 minutes away from downtown and after SimCalico will be converted to a multi-purpose sport stadium. As well as Aosta will offer its hockey stadium to be converted into a temporary indoor soccer stadium that is ideally located in downtown as well so it is literally a lightrail ride away from the hotel areas. The fifth stadiums will be hosted in a neighborhooring town to the west of Aosta across the Aostain mountain range and is a 40 minute high speed rail ride away. This will be most likely a temporary stadium and will be demolished after the games are over unless the town people wants to preserve it.

The other stadiums is not completed construction and shall be shown when done.

Aosta also has a well established high speed railroad network as well since the region requires it seeing that the land are very mountaineous and rail travel is actually faster than road travel. The high speed railroad already connects the Aostian International Airport to downtown in a mere 30 minute travel time nonstop. Aosta is also expected to offer travelers on the highspeed railroad half price of the normal price of 25 dollars to travel from downtown to either the airport and the newly constructed stadium 30-45 minutes away.

The Aostian airport is truly one of its  kind, it is modeled after Dubai Airport and Atlanta Airport as well. It has concourses laid out that are seperated by destinations. As well as a exclusive terminal for Angels Grace Airlines as well. The airport has many variety of airlines that flies everywhere to Aosta and they include, Europe, Middle East, America, Canada, China, Japan, and Australia.

Aosta also offers a exclusive cordoned off sections for hotels only and this land is one of Aosta prime real estate, when guests come from all over the SimWorld, they can rest assured, out of their hotel window they will be able to see pristine blue oceans and views of downtown lighting up the night sky!

If hotels aren't your style and looking for something more private. Aosta offers a lot of timeshare condos for rent. You also can rest assured they will have beautiful views of ponds and natural forestry as well.
