mine biggest city was called Gorun Nova and it has 6,5 million people. the entire region was called Karnadas and it has population of about 60 million people. regional capital called Karnadas had 6 million people, and the third biggest city had 5 million people. all those three cities was buildt on the big tiles. the biggest city on a medium tile had almost 2 million people, and over the small tile it had 500.000 people. now i'm starting the new region nad i hope to beat up those numbers.

Largest city I ever achieved was 800,000 on a medium tile. Everything used to be dilipidated so I demolished all the R$$$ which was everywhere so then my demand skyrocketed and the city became clean somehow.
