Hi

you resize the cities by painting Red RGB 255,0,0 and green RGB 0,255,0 on yor config.bmp image in your region folder I would recomend you start with a brand new empty region folder and copy the original and then edit the copy.

How much RAM do you have?

you also have the dimensions of the map in small tiles 20x24

ive got 2gb of ram but the game gets really trippy at 200k pop on a large map because either an issue with some plugins and/or the game hates duel processors.

    thanks for the reply.

How do I acess the program in the first place. I can't seem to find it anywhere on Sim City 4 and I already have it downloaded. Same thing for Sim Mars as well.

If your are looking for the SCTF there is a copy in the modds section of this site and you can check out the SCTF development/support threads in the modd section of the forums.

Hmmm... Thats a good one.  My very first question is when using the exact same plugins folder do you get the CTD with other regions aswell?

If this is true, then there is probably a plugin conflict.

Did you install the Custom Columbus Terrain Mod that came with the map?

If this is true, you may have a previous Terrain mod like PEGs rock mod or something like that installed.... these tend to cause CTDs.
