Okay, now I am stumped:



I know the green glass building is a great Hong Kong creation by Bixel and the HKABT, but what is the quirky round tower with the cute balconies and the striking 1970s ribbed roof peeking out of the bottom left corner in this picture?

For all I know, it could be an odd Maxis building that I just never could grow, but I cannot find any other references to it anywhere.

That's not a mod that's done by simply editing the config.bmp in Landscape Designer, Paint, or some other editing program.
