Can't help you with #1 and #2.  For #3, try the ST Exchange and do a keyword search with "euro" for things European.  There is also a complete euro emergency vehicle mod by swamper77 at the SC4 Devotion site but you must register first, then do a category search for "Mods - Transport," or by the author's name.  I haven't tried swamper's mod so I don't know if it will give you the sound you want but swamper77 does good stuff so it probably does.

I'm looking for a file to support a CSX industrial package set. It says it is called "CSX Farming - Coober Coop" I can not find it, nor is it in the devotion site. I hate brown boxes..sigh

Castellanox7 You can find a BETA of the Urban Brick Streets Mod on this thread, third page, about half way down. ScruffyDeluxe posted the link. I think josefmayor is the main author. You might already know about the Cycledog_Tree_Mod, It can replace the God mod trees with many types but there is no palm tree plugin. As far as euro sounds for emergency vehicles, I have no idea

@Slider -Try looking in the PLEX on simpegasus.com. All BSC dependencies are there. That one should be the "Goober Coop," read through the readme again and if you still can't find it, you could always PM BarbyW.

Brown Box problem with CSXFarm - Sweet Lelanie. I have everything else working and in place but I am missing the main residence. I have a very extensive mega prop folder and just about every prop that is out there so I am clueless as to what I could be missing. I went down the readme list and I seem to have everything. Any clues? thank you

I found the missing prop to Sweet Lelanie. I was over at another sim site and saw "CSXFarm_Rosebarb" and in the picture is the same residence. After downloading it I checked the readme and it had listed "RLS Home-The Highgrove" I downloaded it and now Sweet Lelanie is complete. I double checked the readme for Sweet Lelanie and there is no listting in the prop list for this prop. I love looking for stuff like this its all part of the fun.

I Downloaded "JRJ Concrete Walls V2", and one of the dependencies is "JRJ Wire fences yellow". Problem is, I can't find this file on either SC4Devotion or the STEX. Anyone know where I can get it?

Most of the BSC ones will have been merged into megapacks now. The megapack should have a listing of what its replacing, or even a Cleanitol file with it.  You will probably find the CSX and mjb megapacks over at SC4 Devotion LEX.

Thanks for the tip. I found all of the CSX props that i Needed but I am still missing a fair amount of props that I couldn't find. They are listed below. Xannepan is Jenx in the prop packs, and I think they are on the STEX. They are also on the LEX now.

Couchpotato is mjb, hers are on the LEX. I'm pretty sure the mjb ones are in her megapack now, but if you search for mjb on the STEX you will find the entries for all those old packs and they have either the name or the link for the ones they are now in.

BSCBATProps_AgartVol01 is in BSC MEGA Props - Misc Vol01 on the LEX

There is a BSC SG Props People Vol01.dat, I don't know if that's one you mean. I think its in BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01.dat

The gsh one is probably gshmails, it should be on the STEX.

All the mjb are on the LEX in BSC MEGA Props - MJB Vol01. The BSC People Props is in BSC MEGA SG Vol01 on the STEX. Palmsfamily is in the Palms upload by me for n74704 on the STEX. PropPak_gsh_vol01 is proably in BSC MEGA Props Vol01 on the LEX. merged.dat is not needed at all as it is an out of date file.

I'm looking for a single track rail.

It would be OK if it was just a 1x1 lot (without actual rail traffic going through it), so I can make more realistic rural railway lines and railyards.
