There's a difference between GLR and normal rail? Aside from no freight trains on GLR, is there any difference (or are there)? I'm asking because I keep finding GLR to Rail transition mods on the STEX.

K, 23,000 people now, and Co$$$ demand is up past 6000, and yet I have... 1 Co$$$ building in my entire city. Help?

I'm having a similar problem, so here are my demand graphs. I constantly zone medium and high density commercial, but nothing that's actually heavily in demand builds. I keep getting CS$$, with the occasional CO$$. My city's population is 18,000 and the area I've zoned is central (downtown) with high education (120), and high desirability. Why won't they build what's in demand?

I Downloaded "JRJ Concrete Walls V2", and one of the dependencies is "JRJ Wire fences yellow". Problem is, I can't find this file on either SC4Devotion or the STEX. Anyone know where I can get it?
