The Island is called Rivas, it can be found in Portstown Tunguska

Dude, Soapy! Those are the islands that caused me to make the city called Caerdigne! How did you get those buildings to fit around the rondabouts, and what palm tree mods (if any) did you use?

Really great islands, some have this pittoresque touch that all mid- Europeans dream of when booking in a travel agency... great pics, astonishing work, congrats to all- spoken as a sparetime- designer, you've covered everything! I like this variety!

The buildings I got from the LEX and I believe the author is jestar, the lots have been edited though so they will appear slightly different from above.
