New Official BAT Request Thread

Hello, I'd like to request modular filler lots to complement railyards/rail way lots. But not like the ones that are out already (signal boxes, water towers, etc...), More like shanty towns of the depression era. Just a few 1x1, 1x3, 2x2 lots consisting of make shift housing of tents, wood, sheet metal, tarps, etc... and maybe a center hobo "gathering area" with a camp fire. Here's a few pictures of shanty towns from the era.

I really think these would not only complement rail associated sites, but also spread around the outskirts of lower wealth areas for effect.

I've gotta few ideas...

I think the game would benefit greatly with some more realism.  First is suburban sprawl type housing, especially the style common around here (Atlanta, GA) and the whole Southeast in general.

It should be easy to create, as most houses are almost identical, few windows on the sides, and little if any trees in the yard.

SC4 needs more apartments.  Here's some Atlanta style buildings that are rather generic...

Here's some higher end housing, in the new-urbanism style...

I think these would look great in any North American style city, and would greatly improve the game's realism.  Somebody, please!!!

W ould it be possible to do wood fences and ranch houses so as to make a horse ranch and set the horses to stay within th boundries of th fences. Also would like some cattle in the animals.

I have a bunch of drawings of buildings that would be cool to be BAT'd. They are mostly sports venues, but I'm expanding into homes, schools, towers, stores, etc. I need someone to help me would with the BAT aspect. If anyone wants to make my drawings into lots, pm me, please.

Hey folks.  I'd love to see a gondola or chairlift made.  It could be dragged across mountainous areas surrounding the city much like that of the hydro wires.  It would allow access to previously unaccessible areas. (at least without plowing an ugly road)  It would certainly help out the folks who have attempted creating ski resorts.  Of course... it would lool fantastic if it actually worked.  I'd love to try it but I'm not so skilled on gmax.

Hi! I was searching for a good small water treatment plant but I found only "overground" plants. In mys town the water treatment plant is underground.

So basically I'm asking for ~2x2 water treatment plant but insted of those horrifying pools there would only be an entrance to the underground part. The entrance could look like a small office building and a custom model would make it realistic. The stats could be same as the Maxis one has and ofcourse the name would be Underground Water Treatment plant.

I'm working on a CJ that is located in the midwest I am from this area too by the way, this is a region that has alot of wetland mixed into the suburban lifestyle of the twin cities. Is there anyone who could develop a puzzle piece set of 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 5x5 wetland tiles? I have not been able to locate this on the STEX or sc4devotion.com. Now, i would like if I could place a new type of road [avenue] witch will have 5 lines, now during morning commute the middle line will use as one way, and during evening commute middle line will use as one way just in other direction. It would be nice if road will 'detect' were is moving morning and were evening commute [direction], also above road schould be electronic signs witch show which line is for what direction [X - not this line V - this line] - and they will be different from other side [afcourse]. Most of these are just boxes with textures so they should't be too hard, but I cannot get BAT because my code does not register. It would be greatly appreciated if any of these towers/stadiums were made.
