I do not have the abilities to BAT, Lot Editors and MOD but I was hoping that someone out there wants to tackle this project. I would like to have a 19th century style seaport for an upcoming project. I have some links to some pictures that you could go off of (looked like some serious copyright stuff so I did not take photos of the pictures.)

Boston Massachusetts Harbor:

New England Seaport:

On the Docks:

It would be great if anyone wants to take on this project and also allow the lot to employ industrial workers. Look forward to seeing someone take this on

Hey Guys, I really like the good work on the STEX and hopefully there will be much more pretty soon. But now to come to my request. It would be great if someone could build the AURORA PLAZA in SHANGHAI. Here is a link with general information and some pics http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=131121. Hope it will be finished soon^^

I searched the forums to see if anybody already requested this and came up with no hits, so my apologies if I missed it.

R.C. Harris Filtration Plant

Toronto, Canada

A water filtration plant located on the lakeshore on the border of the old city of Toronto and Scarborough. Built between 1937 and 1941 in the Art Deco style, the opulent structure has been nicknamed the "Palace of Purification", and still functions to this day.

I'd love to see the Stephen's Building & the TCBY Tower in Little Rock, Arkansas built. I have no artistic skills & these are my "home-town" buildings. Rather than list specifics here, I'll just link to 2 sites for each building which list all measurements & such. I'm not really particular as to being exact, as long as it's pretty. I would like them lit at night however. And a REALLY nice bonus would be for the TCBY Tower to change it's lights to match holidays......red, white, & blue for early July---red & green for late December---bright green for the week before St. Patricks Day---yellow, brown, green, & orange for Halloween---blue & white for January (cold & snowy).

They accomplish this with outside lighting...strings of small lights along the edges I think...the inside lights don't change.

Picture & Links. The picture is VERY deceiving. TCBY is taller than every other building in the city & the 2 unmarked banks are taller than the all-glass Stephens:

Many thanks for anyone who wants to fulfill my wish. 4.gif4.gif

One more request for my Rock Cities/Little Rock map, which stays over here:

https://www.simtropolis.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=36&threadid=98307&enterthread=y

Little Rock Nat'l Airport. Doesn't have to be exact, I'm not picky, just decent. The diagnal runways are what I haven't found a pre-made lot for & I'm curious if that can be done with BAT.

A REALLY nice thing would be to make this in 5 or 6 pieces, rather than 1 big lot. Since the parking lots are wider than the aprons & tarmac at top, this would allow me to butt other taxiways & such to the upper part with the jetways. But I'm the beggar here, so I can't be choosy.  I can supply other meaurements & such if you really need them, but I'll stress once more that I'm not looking for anything EXACT....just close.  Would very geatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

I agree. I haven't been here long enough to figure out how many Chicago buildings are on the site, so my opinion is a bit uneducated. I do know that there are a few Sears Towers, which is to be expected. But there's lots of nice Chicago sites that could be included & the city itself would be a great CJ....with the lake shore & all that.

Would love to see some of them, like Adler Planetarium. Isn't Chicago also where the old Ford Rouge River Plant is??

I'd like to see a mod that replaces Maxis vending machines with real ones, so I can no longer be annoyed by those real soda brands.

I'd like to withdraw my request for the above requested BAT's of the Stephens Building, TCBY Tower, & Little Rock Nat'l Airport. The CJ that they would have been used on, Little Rock & the Suburbs, is no longer being updated on this site. This was previously stated in the appropriate thread, but that announcement was deleted by a mod & the thread locked. If anyone wants to do the BAT's, great, I'd love to have them. But I thought it would be nice to just tell anyone who might have been considering them that they won't be posted on this site.....so you don't waste time if you wanted to see them in a Simtropolis CJ. If anyone still wants to, please PM me when down & I'll tell you where you can now see the CJ at with your buildings included.

Thanks to anyone who considered Bat'ing them & also thanks to all who made nice comments in the CJ. I can't thank you over there, since it was locked, so will use this post to do that.

I'd like to request something big. It is the convention center of Leipzig (Saxony, Germany). I think it looks very impressive and it would be great if anyone could do this.

Here are some pictures.

Hey! I was wondering if someone could BAT for me the First Canadian Place. First Canadian Place is a skyscraper in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. At 298 metres, or 978 feet (355 metres with antenna included), it is Canada's tallest skyscraper and the eleventh tallest building in North America. First Canadian Place is located in Toronto's financial district at the northwest corner of King and Bay streets, the centre of Canadian financial industry. It is home to the Toronto headquarters of the Bank of Montreal, the oldest Canadian bank (hence the 'first'). Thanks very much! I am new to Simtropolis, and would love to contribute as much as I can. Great Site.
