Some quick series I would love to see continued:

(Not sure, but) NDEX apartment buildings, the current ones are in several colors, generally boxish, trees included on lot, very nice.

Simgoober warehousing (ie TSC Distribution, Wally K's distribution) and other realistic industrial lots.

Real-world retail chain stores.

The small-city American downtown series.

More transit-enabled parking lots of different sizes.

More hospitals similar to SG's Rural Hospital.

More schools similar to the recent school packs.

I have a long list of buildings that should be made. The freedom tower(the whole complex), the pentagon, the UN, the RenCen, and the Woolworth building in New York.

I think the STEX needs some modern airport terminals, it would be great if somebody couldmake the soon to be built Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport, Ireland. I'd say it would probably be hard but definately worth it.

I have several requests for some cool buildings and i would try myself but it is all to complicated. It would be great if the Freedom tower there building in New York could be created for download and i have seen a couple of other people have also said this. Also i love some of the things in Dubai such as the Burj Al Arab (one of the best looking buildings ever) and also the new building which they have not started, it is called al burj.

Hello strangers!

Any BATters out there looking for something to do... I made up a building and improved it via Photoshop. Maybe you can work with this?

Building color would probably be an off white-creamy type of color, possibly beige. Something to just fit in, but look nice without being too obtrusive to the eyes.

Yeah, the photoshop versions are a little bland, but it took me 4 hours to make and I just wanted to get it done.

So please...? Make my efforts seem worthwhile..?

I have one request if someone could develop a transit enabled MTC (Metro transit company) building, a 10x10 size at least kinda like those that you see at a nearby airport, maybe even a new bus skin that shows the T with a red circle a bus number etc.

I'd like to request two things if anybody's got the time and feels like doing something a bit...different.

One is a pigeon. Here is a picture of the pigeon I had in mind. It's flying! A 2x2 or 3x3 lot of this pigeon, maybe with some sort of dull metallic texture that still lets the individual features like feathers and such stand out? (Perhaps iron...?) So the pigeon would be floating like that over some sort of base. On the base should be some lights that give it a nice illumination effect at night. Another possibility would be a 1x1 base for the pigeon with overhangs on all 4 sides if that's possible. That way you could surround it with some other park lots, for instance. If anyone wants to undertake this, please pay attention to the details, as that is what makes this really tricky and difficult.

Another very detailed irregular lot would be a lawn gnome statue. Any gnome will do. The travelocity gnome would be nice. You can find a thousand pictures of him by googling 'gnome travelocity' and going to images. As for the scale of this one, I was thinking something on the scale of the Statue of Lliberty. You can even give him a torch if you like. For textures on this one I'm totally open to anything including making him look like the original... just really big.

If anyone wants to take a shot at one or the other I'd really appreciate it! Otherwise I'll try to make them someday when I figure out how to make my own and get good enough at it to try something like this.. Thanks!
