wow, yeah, that airport is really nice. Done perfectly in seemurray style realism. And it's a cool new logo...no cruise missile haha

and about those 6-8 lane avenues, he's running into the same problem every BATter is having. He can BAT them, but there are no modders around to make them work...so it might be awhile

Sorry for the long delay.  I won't even go into the whole RL thing because that is a given and this past week has been a b*!#h. (automobile accident)  Anyway, here are a few pics to show that I have had some small amounts of spare time to expand Aqua Vista.  I changed my terrain mod and I also have terraformed other parts of the region. ( a pic will come later hopefully)

The main new development is south of downtown, and includes the mall area...these are all far away pics right now, but hopefully you can get some sort of enjoyment out of them...

I will have a formal update as soon as all of the area around the mall finishes developing!

hi chris my friend i hope you were not injured in the car crash,i like the change to that terrain mod it looks wonderfull it suits your region much better,i love the ariel shots of night and day they are beautifull and you have done some great progress.the river shots are awesome,beautifully done with the transport system,excellent stadium pics,awesome region pics especially all those beautifull night pics.

I quite like your city, it's very nice and planned. I love your airport and the suburban themed shopping centers. There is just one thing, it looks like that downtown of yours could use some expanding, I mean it looks like its only like 7 blocks and the buildings are nice, however the area needs to be more dense now, and you need to make it look like it didn't come out from nowhere. I still like the city though, nice work!!

Time for a real update!  First, thank you for showing concern for me about my car accident, I'm fine - I can't say the same about my truck though - $5,000 in damages.  The lady's car who hit me was totaled though.  Oh well, that's what insurance is for!  Anyway, there are alot of pics in this update, so I better get started before the site goes down!

I agree that it could use some filling in around downtown, but I think the actual downtown is perfect. It looks exactly how a downtown

Okay, so not long after Aqua Vista got it's basketball team it was announced that they were getting a new major league baseball team too - here it is...

This is where they play their home games, Natural Light stadium...  lol

Great work! Your city is really coming along. I very much like your downtown. Its big, but not too big. Also, its very well defined. Excellent work once again. I don't think I've ever looked at the maxis baseball stadium in night mode, is that the default lighting? It looks really cool.
