so here is the completed new island and i am happy with the way it

all turned out.  First i'm gonna post a small trans map.

 

all previously shown small towns lie in a circular fashion along

the coast with a large city in the middle as for transit this is my only

city that is without rail service but the road work is highly detailed.

 

very few grids and all roads lead to higher capacity roads quite

naturally and with the flow of traffic towards the CBD

i think from a far the island looks quite nice.....

i really tried to limit high rise to give the area a realistic touch

 

also after driving around Chicago this weekend i noticed a lot of highway barriers

which is reflected in this city...

I really tried for a raod layout the really had a flow to it....the avs all lead to neighboring

suburbs and eventually the coastal blvd-Cali stylee

Hello AK,

Your traffic looks really nice, are you using the newest NAM, recently downloaded? Just because I can see diagonal avenue bridges going over motorway... am I correct in thinking?

The avenues and highways look really nice through those neighborhoods. I like the whole suburban boulevard concept, as I use that style quite frequently.

AK, the combo pics are great! Better to keep them vertical. It is hard to get the full effect while trying to tilt your head.

All of your pics look great.  The downtown area looks great...and you didn't make the whole place a skyscrapper jungle which is great.

 

The transportation looks good.  And the new islands are a good touch too.

Wow, you're tough to keep up with.

Loved all these recent updates.  The mosaic style pics look wonderful.  The pic that really caught my eye though was your port area.  It is massive......Looks fantastic....
