The city of Corrinton is located in central Daolyth on the Bechtal Bay Inlet. This first topic is based on phase one of the southern portion of Corrinton.

Corrinton has almost no problems with traffic. Mass transit is highly regarded by citizens, with low fares and many destinations.

This is the brand new Aquatics center.

Just south of the new one is the Kendy swimming pool.

Looks nice. I'm quite happy to see a car-free city one day on ST.

The new Aquatics Center needs a name. Any suggestions?

Nice city! How about the "Karl Jonsen Sutherland Junior Memorial Public Swimming and Aquatics Centre". It just chimes greatness in my ears.

Actually, I just pulled that from the top of my head. If it was really a swimming centre, then wow, I know more than I know I know. The mind works in mysterious ways....

    Some small additions

Southway mall was built to provide a large amount of retail space in the limited area surrounded by mountains. The mall is 5 stories deep.

A brand new tennis arena has been constructed for the National Tennis Championships.

The regional population has also hit 100 000

Thank You All Simtropolis! *sites brief reference to Jase from BB7*

Anyhoo, I'll be posting downtown pics later this week. I have a few engineering assignments to finish, so I'm thinking either Friday or Saturday.

For the upcoming Simlympics, the old mall area is being converted into the New Cascadia Stadium. Aqutura Stadium is also being renovated.

Your planning is coming along well. I especially like the idea of a stadium surrounded by water, but perhaps you should make the land completely flat before putting water tiles on it. That way, there won't be glitches where the terrain shows through. 2.gif

Just a quick question. Does anyone know where I could find somekinda fountain that floats on water. I want to add some effect to the lake surrounding the stadium.41.gif

This is a pic of a neighbourhood just ouside of the downtown district in the main city:

    Corrinton-Apr.png

Next update hopefully will contain the upper northern bay area. It will contain a small fishing area and whale watcher tours. The regions largest and most active ferryport is located there as well:

Some cool pics bartonn. The simlympics start tomorrow, and all cities were placed into four divisions: the U.S., The U.K., Canada (your division), and the SCJU. The cities will still compete against each other, but, the medal counts will be based on the divisions.
