@ Jacob - I like the expanded water/rivers on the map and the way it is faded at the edges - gives it a trendy modern look. Can't wait to see how it progresses!

Something that wasn't possible until now, because I hadn't built it all.

Great as usual Benedict. Love your work.

Here's a thread for people who are interested that shows overviews of CXL city networks. Not maps exactly but you can see the layouts.

Also, there's a blog I can't remember if I posted before, features news about real-life transit systems and often has interesting maps.

I'd say that's a good guess, since he lists fares based on the number of zones traveled on the left.

I'd also say it's a good guess I'm mostly replying because of the page flip bug....

Miami's City Hall isn't in Downtown, It's south of the aena in Coconut Grove and not accessibe by the FEC corridor. Where the city hall stop is would have to be adjacent to the Government Center Metrorail station, which Is like our transit hub.

Trixies here we come. Ha.

If you look through the whole thread, I believe there are some discussions of how to do it. I think a tutorial was even posted at one point. But basically yes, it is just using Photoshop (or the image editing program of choice).

I think this will be the last major update to my IW metro map. Well last of this version perhaps.

Thanks for you comments and criticism. I must admit, I did toy with blue- yellow can be such an awkward colour- however I decided that blue looked a little odd. I found that the yellow seems to give it all a nice balance.
