Ever wonder where Distant Industries is? Help give it a home!

Here's my idea: One giant factory! A small town could have 90% of its workforce in one place. And when I say a giant factory, I mean it. 10,000 jobs, a massive footprint, hundreds of freight trips, its own railyard, offices, and massive pollution. I'm talking a one building manufacturing district. Now, I've never used BAT, and I'm useless with the lot editor (probably because I'm inpatient), and I know that there are people who can help make this happen.

Anyone want to help out? Ideas?
