I think the Space Shuttle launches by itself on April 17th each year which is the date when the Apollo 13 spacecraft returned to Earth safely.

For me it seems to launch within 60 seconds of appearing on the launch pad.

I don't think there is a way to get it to launch every month.

sim1234 - Are you sure launches every April 17th?.  I guess next time I play simcity I'll have to pay closer attention to the launch date.

there is a way to launch the spaceship as often as you require. it's an effect, and it has an exemplar. using ILive's Reader and navigating the Tree view of the SC4 DATs should get you what you want.

Yeah, I already waited that it launched oon it´s own. And it launches 17th of April
