Hello,can someone tell how to make a BAT(download) grow?

They only grow if they have been modded to grow...Look at the STEX listing for your BAT and it will say whether it grows or is ploppable...unless you modify using SC4Tool and you really know what ur doing.

hmm, i once tried it with SC4 tool but i guess it has some sort of a bug , i can't edit nor bats or custom maxis buildings.but thanks for help

Pretty much the only thing you can do is zone for the appropriate RCI lot and meet the conditions necessary for the building to grow. Make sure you have the appropriate architectural style checked, desirability and demand is high, and all necessary utilities provided to the lot where you want the BAT to grow. Also make sure you have a high enough population to support the building (Many BATs are stage 5).

I usually run the simulator at the fastest speed and demolish buildings over and over until I get the one I want. Also, planting God Mode trees over empty lots usually makes those lots develop faster.

yeah, i doo that too but the problem is that it grows wery rare

It is often very hard to grow BATs. I have only grown out of all the NDEX lots a few different models, maybe 3 times.

I keep a printed table that lists all bats by category (CS CO or R). That way if I want to grow something I can look it up, know the size to make the zone and what tile set to set. Then I just keep the bulldozer ready to clear the spot if a building I don't want grows there. Usually I can get what I want but not always. Oh and the make historic button is your best friend. No point putting all the effort into getting the bat you want only to have it replaced by something else!
