It means that I will have to render the model twice, but I guess I could do that.

what programs do you use to create these? I'd like to start trying to make some custom buildings as well.

3dsmax + bat for max (and gmax) for modeling, photoshop for editing textures and google + google earth + live search for getting reference material.

If you can't afford 3ds MAX you can use BAT / gmax. In the Omnibus you find BAT Essentials, a tutorial on BAT / gmax. Instead of PhotoShop you can use gimp.

You're doing great work here man, keep it up. I would like to make one comment though, that I think was allready said. Could you make a generic version of Paul Brown Stadium for those of us who aren't Bengals fans but would still like to have your great stadium. Maybe one with the NFL Shield at the 50yd line, with one endzone with AFC markings and the other with NFC markings. I understand it would require a second render, but it's easier than making every stadium in the league to make every satisfied.

Thanks a lot teemu_om. If you could have one blank field (empty endzones & no logo on the 50) that would be awesome. Thanx.4.gif

I just downloaded Safeco yesterday and it is by far the best BAT I've ever downloaded.4.gif

    ever.

If I make the generic stadium too, do you mind if I make the seats red for that? The current seats are pretty much the same as Safeco and I'm getting quite tired of this color. 1.gif

Not a problem with me. Most stadium seats are either the green color used on Safeco, or a reddish orange.

this thing is unbelievable. most people who undertake a major stadium project such as this don't finish it. and you're well into your second one. nice work. btw... as far as colors go and stuff, i'm fine w/ whatever you put. keep it up.

    Thanks, everyone!

ramvid01: I'm afraid that's going to take at least few months...

NewEnglandGangsta511: Look at the first post of this thread. It's not on STEX.

Yeah, actually, I was thinking... Does anyone need the one with Bengals logos etc. at all? Because personally I'd rather use a generic stadium with blank field in my cities too.

You are a truly gifted BATter, considering most people don't even attempt stadiums this big, let alone real life ones. I am really looking forward to seeing this in my city, and I hope you keep this up. TopCliff

Generic would be good. Maybe have the NFL Shield logo at the 50 and maybe just 'home/visitor' or 'AFC/NFC' in the endzones.

Make it clear it's an 'NFL' stadium but don't tie it to any particular team.

This is one of the most beautiful BATs ever.  You have some serious talent!  Do you plan on doing any large indoor arenas?

Well, I'd really like if you kept the Bengals logo on there.  Even if the city isn't Cincinnati it's plopped in, I'd still rather see a Bengal at the 50 and an interesting design in the endzones than a generic, boring NFL shield!  Or, if it's not too much of a hassle, maybe you could do both a generic one and an authentic Bengals stadium as stated before.

Thanks and keep up the awesome work.
