Well... Welcome in my showcase 2.gif

These are three actually finished BATs, only need to render them (which is my problem, in game no nightlights want to appear).. All thouhg for use along diagonal roads...

And now I'm working on a small/mid-town central station:

Basic modelling's done, currently working on the detailing 4.gif

P.S.: Due to my problem with the nightlightning I'm wondering, if there's someone who could maybe render these babies for me? Does anybody know someone who could do that? Thanks in advance!

Hey this is some good work. The train station makes me think of something that would have been built during the Victorian era. I think what's prompting that is that it kind of looks like a Conservatory. As for the rest, great work. We don't have many angled buildings so I'm sure they'll be well received. My own favourite is the middle one with the spherical front.

I have one suggestion. On the first building you've lit the sign with the nitelite prefix. That's fine, but it really doesn't look good next to the nightlite lines that go along the building. It kind of blends into one. I would suggest using an actual light to light the sign. It looks like it extrudes out from the buildign so it shouldn't be hard to setup a light that lights up the front of it, but doesn't touch the building. I look forward to seeing these released.

That looks great! I use your roundabout subway all the time! All 3 of those buildings look great! I can't wait for the release.

Hey guys, you may have seen my latest STEX release and I just wanted to show off my most probably next release: a 5x5 urban office block. Major modeling is done, details like plants for the gardens, some tables for the cafeteria terrace and of course roof junk will follow. I'm also thinking of some colour variations (like a more brown or green stone used on the surface).

    I hope you like it.

My suggestion for the roofs, is to lower the roof planes, and have a parapet wall along all of the edges.

A dark edging ontop of the wall can also help add definition to it, and is an easy place to add easy to make detail.

If you are going for realism, then you should remove the grass on the two higher roofs.

Either way, I think you should add a concrete edge to the grass around the perimeter of it.  Here's an example of what I mean.  This is also a good place to add definition and detail, and it also makes it look more realistic.

For the other roofs, here's a good texturing tutorial about them.  It's about 1/4th down the page.
