Awesome ships, man! I've missed a few updates, but I'll go ahead and say that your first colony looks really good, especially on that type terrain. I also like the paintings, and it's good to see that more people (and therefore more buildings) are moving in. I can't wait for the next update!

Hasiq-4-1.JPG

The gun stations have been set up now, and there are 11 stations, each with 4 guns, all around the crater rim. Each of them is built to fit in with the terrain, resulting in several different setups.

The 4 main communications towers have also been set up, and it is believed they contain weapons of their own...

Hey, who turned out the sun?

Until they receive more materials and inhabitants, they base won't be able to grown.

I seem to have forgotten about this in the last update:

The al'Hasiq came to Uranus because they needed a place away from the Muphridians, a place they wouldn't think the al'Hasiq would bother with. Because they are building the base on an airless moon, it offers some protection, but the Muphridians can survive in an airless environment for about a day and a half. (an attack by Gremlins would be far more devastating, as they are small, and can survive without air for as long as they have food of some kind)

Wow!  I can finally see these pics now, as I am on a faster computer.  I love those paintings (I'm a bit of an artist myself; did you know that? 4.gif ), but the yellow and blueish one doesn't look like anything to me.  Otherwise, I like all the other ones.  Nice update!  Great shots of those ships.  Also good update Leech, nice base there.

Great job to both of you 44.gif

Holy crap! Sorry I missed those last updates! Great work! I just love the greenish tint of the water with the red clay beaches. That is quite an effect! I might need to do that myself on a future CJ.

Everything looks so great and the story is developing really nicely.

Also, love all those ships coming down the river together. Absolutely wonderful!

Wow, this is still awesome! I hope they get the materials that they need. Really incredible planet you have there, leech.

    Huh, quiet here, isn't it?

    Hasiq-5-1.JPG
After the Katejad went back to al'Huna to pick up more supplies, it came back with a new ship, the Lejidith. The Katejad remains stationed at al'Majid Qida (Titania), while the Lejidith lands on al'Majid Kasid (Oberon). A smaller base is soon set up, but the Lejidith also contained something that wasn't needed to build any buildings... Here is the main command center (white building on the right), manufacturing centers (the 3 similar buildings), more houses (the small ones), and another storage area. (between 2 of the manufacturing centers)

    Hasiq-5-2.JPG
They seem to have set up more gun turrets here than the other base, even though this one wasn't as big...

    Hasiq-5-3.JPG
What's this? It appears to be an entrance to an underground area, but why would they just let it open right out into the vacuum of space?

    Hasiq-5-4.JPG
Hmm, they seem to be building ships here, but that one seems far to small to be of any use here, unless there will be more added on to the back. Could that be the main entrance to the underground area?

    Message received from al'Huna

Defense Commander on al'Huna: What is the current progress on the project?
Project Leader: We have recently completed the 10 prototypes you asked for, sir.
DC: Good... Have you trained them yet?
    PL: Yes, we have sir.
DC: Excellent... We may now move on to phase 2 of the project, the testing stage. Take 5 of the prototypes and have them attack a model Muphridish ship that is in open space near al'Huna. Contact code is JSD83-JSJF-655FJ. Then take 3 more and have them attack the model base on the asteroid THS73-GH, also currently located near al'Huna.
PL: Very well, sir, but what about the other 2?
DC: I have a very special plan for them... Choose 2 targets anywhere in the know part of the galaxy, but aren't controlled by the Muphridish Empire, and not our own areas, and set them loose with orders to destroy as they please, but to remain in contact, and not to leave any trace of themselves other than the destruction they cause. They are to return to base when the order is given. They are also not to attract too much attention to one area, so once they destroy an area, go someplace else before destroying again. Make it seem random, with no particular targets. This also means that they should not destroy more than a couple of buildings in any one area, or a single complex, and stay away from downtowns of cities, and any high profile buildings like major power plants or governmental buildings. However, anything else is fair game for them.
    PL: Okay, sir.
DC: And one last thing, deliver them at a time when the inhabitants are least likely to notice, such as during a distraction like a big storm. After delivering them, get out of the area as quickly as possible.

Just stopped in for the first time. Absolutely none of the pictures work in this cj. I would expect that at least the ones from the latest update would work. Guess not.
