For some reason the stoplights are green everywhere in the intersection.  I have tried to using Query + Shift but they still will not change.  The main problem is with the avenue intersections.

    GAAA! Edit Button!

But, that's an interesting problem. I have never paid attention to the color of lights, so I haven't seen that. It might have something to do with the NAM?

stoplights don't appear on one-ways because they don't need them. and anyways, stoplights are just eyecandy. they don't necessarily control traffic anyways.

The stop lights in my cities do the same thing. I dont know how to fix it, so I just ignore it. When im doing a UDI, I just go through the light when the traffic is clear, no matter what the light says. Luckily, the Sim City police dont ever come after you.

stoplights in one ways are needed for two reasons

    1,the obvious

2,since the traffic ignores the lights cars just fly about seeing traffic problems is hard because all of the traffic does not stop so its hard to tell ifits over capacity also if youre like me and cant drive stoplight are a life saver

Due to how the oneway roads are handled in the game, the stop points for cars do not work. The stoplights work in conjunction with the car stop points. Other places where cars do not stop on oneway roads are railroad crossings and oneway road/avenue intersections. The crossing gates at railroad crossings also work in conjunction with the car stop points. There really isn't a solution to fix this. It's one of those "Maxis would have to fix it" type problems.
