What, no rating?! Just joking, and I drew that with a simple blue pen (as you can tell).

HFD: 9/10 It looks awesome! I would recommend making a space between the houses and the giant smokestacks. TopCliff

HFD: I agree with TC, there should have been a gap between the houses and the smokestacks.  Nevertheless, that's a great picture!  9.5/10

Here's a downtown pic from Auburn Bay, my first and only developed city on my new computer. Total population currently stands at about 515,000 residents on a large city tile. I'm going to start a brand new CJ based on Auburn Bay and the rest of the region in the coming weeks, as soon as I get some more region projects done.

beebs: Don't worry, I'll be gentle. . . *Ahem* The suburbs are great and that's a really neat church! 8.7/10.

topcliff: Lol! I don't know about this one but one thing's for sure: that's a big waste of ink! Nice drawing though. ?/10.

HFD: Wow! This one is very unique. Nice industrial complex. Don't forget the comments regarding the houses. 8.9/10.

ky72x: The lights are awesome! Nice set of custom buildings too. 8.7/10.

ky72x: That's a great downtown there, but it looks a little weird having two circular towers next to each other. 9.9/10

Deever: So what? I managed to spend a total of 10 hours on that, and yes, I used A LOT of ink. But, I think it's cool and I'm getting the original framed. TopCliff

In my current state(just woke up), I have an interest in posting here for the first time since... early last winter I believe.

Kiro- Well, that pedmall on the corner with the lamp post sticks out like a soar thumb. Also, I'd suggest picking just one of the textures for that sidewalk mod and sticking with it, maybe the nice red paver one to match that big building and the surrounding stonework. Good choice with the GLR textures, I think the new ones wouldn't fit in there. Either way, looks like a nicely themed area. I give it a 7.5, it looks good, but nothing that makes me go "wow". 3.gif

Anyway... this pic is sorta old, never used it though.

Sleepy afternoon in a city of mine. Population prefers to use mass transit, thats why there are barely ever any cars.

I'd get lost in that city. Not bad though, so i'll give it a 6/10.

Krio: 7.5/10

capitol1: 7/10. One of your rail lines from the mill right of the main junction isn't connected. I recommend hooking it up with the rest of the system by extending the ave overpass for a better image.

Snakecollector: 8.5/10

hijodecordoba: Good job! 8/10 (dont know why the others are so harsh)

I was planing on doing another picture and ratings, but I haven't found anything suitable yet.

So...

capitol1- not bad, good display of tallent. just doesn't seem to "flow", maybe the red factory, 7.5/10

hijodecordoba- well...  its something. i'd call it a mess, but a good mess. keep working 6/10

ilikehotdogsallot- not bad, not bad at all. editing is a bit too harsh though 9/10

cokatoo- harborside hotel discrict... not too shabby. i think a shot from the left would be better 8.5/10

Godzillaman, give it a shot. You'll walk away knowing what you need to improve on, and get some very solid constructive criticism at the least. Who knows, you may be the next... *looks through page* ... well, you'll be the next someone. 3.gif

hijodecordoba - Nice mix of buildings, like it. That central interchange could be a bit neater though - 7/10

CarmineHilton - Lovely fireworks! From what I can see of the city below it looks small and low-level compare with the tower - 7/10

ilikehotdogsalot - Nice composition, but the colours are too bright for my liking. They give it a plasticy Lego feel. Especially the wall around the the building sites - 6/10

*****atoo-210893 - Great picture, the building site walls are a bit too bright, but everything else is top-notch - 8/10

Here's my effort. I already posted it over in sc4dev but I thought I'd repost here too.

The_sanderson: Great attempt to break away from the grid, but it really doesn't work too well. 7/10 for effort.
