Anybody had any problems with SG's train stations? Mine have capacities of less than 5.

I've personally never had any problems with his train stations, but I don't know why your system would be lowering the capacities of them. It would help to see your system's specs. Are you running a mac?

I've been having no problems with Simgoober, but I have had issues with some stations by others, either with capacities at 1/1000 of what they should be or having missing capacities all together.

I read in another thread that MAYBE MAC's have trouble somehow in the way station capacities are handled.. Are any of you using MAC's?

Anyone of those with problems: Does the problem affect all stations, or do you have custom stations that work ok and others that don't? If the latter applies, mabye there's a pattern hidden somewhere in the files.

I have noticed that in some stations the "Transit Switch Traffic Capacity" property in the building exemplar has a rep count of 1, while the ingame stations have 0. This means something like "an array containing one item" rather than a "single item". Maybe this could cause the problems on the Mac (different byte order/boundary alignment and possibly different data representation). It is possible to change this in iLive, remove all values and type-in or paste the correct value in the "Values as text" box and click Apply. The same applies to the "Transit Switch Entry Cost" property as well. I would say try this and send the modified version to a Mac owner, to see if this fixes the problem.

If you're not familiar with RapidShare; first follow the link. On the page that appears, scroll down and select "free" in the bottom right of the screen. Now a new page should load. You will have to wait a few seconds, and then you will have to copy a text code into a text box. This is a security measure to keep leech scripts etc. off the site. You don't have to worry about mixing up the letter O and the number 0 (zero) - it won't affect your download no matter which one you type. Now, the download should start.

T Wrecks, what ever was changed in your file fixed the error I was getting where JasonCW's train stations knocked capacity down by 1/1000. Sweetness and mucho thanks. I owe both you and JasonCW a beverage of your choice.

In fact, you owe cogeo a beverage of his choice for finding the bug. I might have found it myself after some digging into the original files, but then again that's easy to say once you have seen the solution, and his tip saved me much precious time at the very least. I will send some adjusted files to jasoncw so that the entire STEX upload can be updated.

How good to be awae of this bug in future!
