In search of a working parking lot

I wonder if any of you know a good transit enabled parking, or underground parking that really helps the nearby mass transit buildings ( bus, rail, etc) like the one included in CS4-Rush Hour. ?

i have the same problems, i cant get good parking structures, and mine wont ever fill up, so i feel they are wasted--is that what you are talking about?

Yes exactly, they dont take load off mass transit system.  I have plenty of avenue and one way road with bus stop maxed out at 249 percent.  What tould be perfect is a 2x1 underground parking garage. Kinda...Sort of..

all paved parking works in my city they dont fill up fully but they do fill up

So I think that there is simply no public transportation parking garage ( underground parking )......yet on simtropolis.

 Yes, Baco's parking garage works just as well today as it did 3 years ago.  Another oldy that I find I still use above all others is the rural parking lot set by erazor  . It looks fine in urban settings too. With a capacity of 150, I find I use the 2X1 mid-sized lot constantly.

Thanks paperboy15 i tried this building before and it does not improve the efficiency of bus stop or subway station but sims do park there.

I'll be out trying the rural parking lot but I find it a bit ''simple looking''

the problem I have is that my avenues or one way road made of avenues in one of my major city is overcrowded with car and all the mass transit tile are maxed out at incredible value like 369 percent. things like that.

Mass transit being maxed out is a good thing! Well, it isn't incredibly great for those sims (and certainly not in real life), but what does that matter to you? hehe

What is meant by "relieves mass transit"? I thought the parking was to encourage use of the mass transit, so that sims ouside of walking distance can drive to the subway/monorail/bus station and park and ride?

You can relieve mass transit by placing more stations.. UNLESS you are getting "station hopping" problems.. if you are this is helped by putting stations in the middle of blocks instead of on corners.. I say all this because BUSSES do not cause congestion on roads, etc.. they are "CONGESTION-FREE TRANSIT" If you don't know about "staton hopping" Grater had a good thread on it some time ago. HERE

If you need transit-enabled underground parking check my pedmall-compatible pack. Though it is basically designed for ped-mall tiles, they can also be used alone.
