Trouble with NAM again

Okay, I stil can't download NAM from Simtropolis. I cleaned out my cookies etc, but I just can't connect. I then went to stnam.com as advised, but I can't figure out where I'm supposed to go to download it. I read all the instructions under the Read Me section, but there's nothing there (that I read - maybe I missed a section) that actually says where the file is. I do see on the left side of my screen a message that says I'm not authorized view downloads files. Is this why I can't find the file?

Any help is appreciated.

If you still cannot download this item, post here again giving us the details of your browser, your line, and the operating system you are running.

Edit:  Link tested and found to be working.

i think this may be a bug. this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me.

AH-HA!!! I got it. I figured out the problem. I had to lower the cookie-control and ad-blocking modules in my firewall. I didn't turn off the firewall, just those two sections. Now I have the NAM. Yea me!

    Worked for me too! Sweet.

Seems that firewalls think the cookie is bad.

    Firewall exception for Simtropolis?

    Parental permissions ok?

Works for me, but I use firefox.  Maybe it is time to shuck the Microsoft camp.  What version of IE are you using?  I am using IE6 SP2. ....

I just tried this on IE6 SP2 and I got a couple of errors getting into mods, but said to ignore them and the problem disappeared.  Got straight into the STEX.  If you haven't got the latest update to IE you may get different results.

And people wonder why others use firefox.  Heh!

My version is precisely Version:6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301    -1519
